Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (may vary based on location)

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery

We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
Please ensure the full payment is available at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via SMS or email with tracking details (if available).

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, your order may be canceled or returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or missing items, please:

  • Do not accept the parcel (if possible), and
